St. Basil was a true miracle. A Moscow holy fool for Christ, he was foresighted and yet lived a life full of hardships. He was almost the only person who inspired Ivan the Terrible with fear: ”is a seer of hearts and thoughts of men”. Pokrovsky Cathedral, to which St. Basil's Cathedral was added after the death of the holy fool is a wonderwork, a symbol of Moscow and Russia for many people. The Pokrovsky Cathedral includes 10 temples with altars. The cathedral itself symbolizes the Heavenly Jerusalem. Therefore our scarf is called "The Moscow miracle".
